Hampshire League races are held on Saturday afternoons through autumn/winter.  Courses are over parkland, often multiple laps and suitable for spikes.  Whilst all abilities take part, the general standard is high and many elite runners are in the field.  There are always Liss Runners taking part but often not a full team, with preference being given to the Today's Runner league. If you wish to run just turn up at the venue and find the Liss team. There is no charge.

Andy Paton usually runs these events. So you could check with him who are going.

 Note that it is compulsory to wear a official club vest.

All senior mens races start at 2:30 pm and senior ladies races at 1.35pm. 

The Hants. League Cross Country Dates for 2008/09 : 10th October : Farley Mount , Winchester ; 7th November : Goodwood , Chichester ; 5th December : Popham Airfield near Basingstoke ; 16th January : Prospect Park , Reading ; 13th February : Hudsons Field, Sailsbury . The Hamphire County Championships are on Saturday the 9th of January at Tadley.
