Club Triathlon

Something different!  400m swim, 10 mile cycle ride, 3.5 mile run. 

Open to club members of all abilities, their families and friends (over 18 years old) and other running club members.  Individual or team entries. £6 per person or £13.50 per team.  Club trophies for 1st man and 1st lady (Liss Runners only)

Medals awarded to the first three men and ladies (all).
