Hampshire League Cross Country
Hampshire League races are held on Saturday afternoons through autumn/winter. Courses are over parkland, often multiple laps and suitable for spikes. Whilst all abilities take part, the general standard is high and many elite runners are in the field. There are always Liss Runners taking part but often not a full team, with preference being given to the Today's Runner league.
If you are interested check with Will Purchase to see who else might be running & share cars etc.
Note the races are free to enter but you must wear an official club vest.
All senior mens races start at 2:30 pm and senior ladies races at 1.35pm.

The Hamphire County Championships date is not yet available yet but it's usually in Early January.
