We are based in Liss, Hampshire and have members coming from Liss, Petersfield, Bordon and surrounding villages.
We have runners of all ages and abilities.
If you would like to join or try us out first, come to one of our training sessions and talk to any of us about membership. Membership starts from £15 - £30 per year (£30 fully affiliated to England Athletics)

Emsworth to Basingstoke Relay ( E2B )
On a sunny hot Saturday 11th May, the Liss Runners Ladies Team won out of the ladies category and came 3rd overall , what an incredible achievement !!
The Rose's Rebels Team also took part in the mixed race, made up of Liss Runners too and had a great day of relay running. Well done all!
