Pub run Series for 2009 : First one is on Monday 11th May please click on pub run for full details.

Liss Runners Triathlon : Sun. 5th July . Please click on Club Triathlon for more details . Note: Midhurst Milers club members are welcome to take part but will not be eligible for club prizes only the medals awarded to the 1st three finishers (men and ladies).

Clubs' Handicap Series 2009 : First race on 8th April . Then every second Wednesday of the month till September.  See club handicap races for more information and results.

Milland Valley Trail Race 2009 : Sorry to runners of the short race . Due to the lack of marshals and time taken to mark two courses up , it has been unfortunately decided to cancel the short race and fully concentrate on the long one . The date of this years race is Sunday 2nd of August 2009. Entries now ready to be taken . Click on details for details on the race route and race page for full event details. A slow run of the course is arrange on Sunday 21st June at 10am from the old post office lay by on the Fernhurst Road to the East of Milland. All welcome but if not a Liss Runner please e-mail Tom to let him know you are coming.

South Downs Relay Saturday 6th June 2009: For teams of 6 , each to run 3 legs of an average 6 miles a leg from Eastbourne to Winchester. See South Downs Relay Page for more details and the teams for this year.

Subscriptions 2008/09 : These are now due please . £15 I'm afraid . It covers the £5 we must paid to get you registered with England Athletics. It's towards the far lower end of other running clubs subs. Please pay Jules Wilson (julesdtw@gmail.com) or Helen Smith (outrunning@btconnect.com) . Also any contact/address changes please let Jules or Helan know as soon as you can.

London Marathon Guaranteed Places: We get awarded three guaranteed places for the London Marathon . Well done to Helen Finlay , Andy Coles and Chris Wilson ; winners of the three places . Better get trainning after the New Year . Thanks to Andy Paton for making sure the entries were received .
