Liss Runners Take over The QE and Alice Holt Park runs!: Liss Runners have been invited to organise the Queen Elizabeth Country Park Park run on Sat. 11th October and the Alice Holt one on Sat. 25th Oct. Let's makes these run like clockwork and have a big presence. To voluenteer to help please contact Stuart. For futher details please click on the links on the parkruns section below. See you there! 

Handicap Race Series: well done to Debbie B who won the final race and congratulations to Lucy M who was the overall winner of the series.

Cross-countrys - the evenings may be darker but the good news is that the cross-country season will soon be upon us.  Dates for both the Southern Cross and Hampshire Leagues are now here.

Parkruns

The newish thing in running. Free organised runs from a few locations, each starting at 9am on a Saturday. Our local ones are: Alice Holt (talk to Stu) and Queen Elizabeth Country Park (talk to Marie). All are welcome. To take part you need to register on the parkrun website to get a bar code. Click on Alice Holt or QECP for each run.

They also are keen to have a list of potential marshals.

Orienteering
