Training

Arrangements for Club Activities Due to Social Distancing Precautions:

The club can now meet for all its regular training sessions without requring members to sign-up in advance, however the club's risk assessment still requires that members follow some rules to minimise the risks associated with the spread of Covid-19:

  1. You MUST follow the current government guidance on  hygene measures.
  2. DO NOT turn up for training if you feel unwell or are exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19.
  3. Please ensure you bring water etc with you to sessions. Do not share water bottles with other runners.

Sunday Runs:**

Sunday runs start with a "social mile" run as a single group before the group divides into smaller groups of similar ability for the remainder of the run. All the routes are around 10 miles and are all on road. The routes feature a mix of topography but are generally "lumpy."
