Cross Country 2017/18

Tis' the season for cross counties. We are in two leagues: The speedy Hampshire cross country League and the more social but still competitive Southern Cross Country League. Please click on the above leagues for more details.  Fly the flag (or is that vest!) for Liss! and they are great fun! What a wet and windy event at The Bourne; 3rd for the men, 12th for the ladies for an overall place of joint 7th. The next event is on Sunday 31st December at Lord Wandsworth College, Long Sutton near Odiham: details.

Evening Runs at QE Park

Kev has organised a series of evening runs on Tuesdays starting at 7pm at the Queen Elizabeth Park.  The routes are around 5-6 miles and the pace is relaxed.

Free organised runs from a few locations, each starting at 9am on a Saturday. Our local ones are: Alice Holt and Queen Elizabeth Country Park. To take part you need to register on the parkrun website to get a bar code. Click on Alice Holt or QECP for each run. Our club members regularly take part in a variety of different Parkruns but we try to get as many Liss Runners as possible at the following:
