Tuesday Evening Runs at Queen Elizabeth Country Park

Kev's series of evening runs is continuing throughout the summer. They are held on selected Tuesdays starting at 7pm from the main car park of Queen Elizabeth Country Park.  The routes are around 5-6 miles, a bit hilly in places and the pace is relaxed with regular stops to match the pace of the slowest. Please bring a torch for the darker evenings.

The dates of upcoming runs can be found on the training page.
