ParkRun Meet-Ups 2018

Each year the club arranges some meet-ups at a selection of local park-runs. These are free organised runs from a huge variety of locations throughout the UK and beyond, each starting at 9am on a Saturday. This year's meet-ups are now published on the events page. To take part you need to register on the parkrun website to get a free bar code.

Club Training Sessions: Make the most of our three regular training sessions each week. Click on training for more information.

Tuesday Evening Runs at Queen Elizabeth Country Park

Kev is continuing to arrange a series of evening runs on Tuesdays starting at 7pm from the main car park of Queen Elizabeth Country Park.  The routes are around 5-6 miles, a bit hilly in places and the pace is relaxed with regular stops to match the pace of the slowest. Please bring a torch.

The dates of upcoming runs can be found on the training page.
