About Us ...
Liss Runners are affiliated to County and England Athletics Associations.
Liss Runners was founded in 1986
We are based in Liss, Hampshire and have members coming from Liss, Petersfield, Bordon and surrounding villages.
We have runners of all ages and abilities, members have to be 18+ years old.
We are active participants in the Southern Cross Country League and the Hampshire Road Race League which cater for all abilities.
Members can also choose from a schedule of open races year round, both on and off-road.
We organise a minimum of three training sessions a week, with extra sessions at certain times of the year and special events.
There are also social events, including our annual awards evening.
We also participate regularly in local Park Runs, usual meet up at Hogmoor Enclosure on a Saturday morning.
We host one open race a year, the Harting Multi-Terrain 10 race which is held in August.
We run a Club Handicap Series each Summer and Pub runs.
