An easy paced (recovery) run with plenty of time to chat and plod.  The run will have frequent stops and a strict "no drop" policy.  

The route for the session will be decided on the day depending upon the preferences of the participants.

The usual meeting place is the Central (Waitrose) car park in Petersfield.  However, the Thursday Foray takes place on the first thursday of the month which will mean a different meeting place.  Look out for information on this within the Thursday Social WhatsApp group.
